A. The most a customer can rent a car for is 28 consecutive days. After that periond has expired, you must return and another Rental Agreement must be done. |

Q. When can I drop of the vehicle?

A. Vehicles may only be returned during regular business hours and clean so that a proper check in can be done. |

A. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), offered by rental companies is not insurance, it is an option that relieves the renter of financial responsibility if the car is stolen or damaged during rental. A deductable may apply. Violating the terms set out in the Rental Agreement may void the L.D.W. and renter will be fully responsible for all damages. |

Q. Can I decline the L.D.W.?

A. Yes, but only under 2 conditions: a) You have transferable incurance (OPCF 27) from your own auto policy. Verification may be required at time of rental, or b) You possess a credit card with car rental coverages.Please verify with your credit card company what coverages are provided.
